# Lovable reportedly in talks to raise funding at a $12B valuation

[**Lovable**](https://lovable.dev/), the Stockholm-headquartered AI web app builder, is **in talks to raise new funding at a $12B valuation**, four sources [told Forbes](https://www.forbes.com/sites/rashishrivastava/2026/06/05/ai-coding-startup-lovable-in-talks-to-raise-funding-at-a-12-billion-valuation/). That would **represent almost a doubling** from the company's $330M Series B round [raised](https://data.swedishtechnews.com/funding-details/lovable/r/DApH6Rd5QPDOWW) in late 2025.

Forbes notes that the round is not final, and the valuation could change. A Lovable spokesperson did neither deny nor confirm this report when Forbes asked.

In March this year, the company [said](https://www.swedishtechnews.com/swedish-tech-news-pro-mar-11-2026/#news-from-swedish-startups-the-tech-sector-and-vcs) it reached an ARR of $400M.
