  • Myrspoven (Stockholm, solutions for AI-based energy optimization in buildings, founded 2017): €5.4M ($5.8M) in a funding round led by 4impact capital, Vantaa Energy, and existing investor AMAVI Capital, in order to expand its solutions across Europe and beyond (English). In summer 2021, Myrspoven announced its previous round, amounting to SEK52M raised from M2 Asset Management and angel investors. For 2022, the company reported net revenue of SEK16.3M (up 63% YoY), and a loss of -SEK23.4M (more than double the loss of 2021).
  • Woshapp (Stockholm, digital provider of B2B car care services, founded 2016): SEK19M (€1.7M, $1.8M) mostly from existing investors such as Bonnier Capital, Norrsken VC, and Mattias Weinhandl. The company recently pivoted to focus on B2B, more specifically larger companies, and is now planning to expand beyond its current markets Sweden, Denmark and Norway (Swedish / Impact Loop paywall). According to data registered with Bolagsverket sourced via Eivora, the pre-money valuation was around SEK11M, down 90% from late 2019, after the company raised SEK30M. For 2022, Woshapp reported net revenue of SEK26.6M (up 13% YoY), and a loss of -SEK16.1M.
  • Reccan (Lund; easy-to-use blood test for quick, accurate and none-invasive screening for pancreatic cancer, founded 2014): SEK8.6M (€760K, $820K) in a funding round from Sandberg Development and Strandberg Kapitalförvaltning, with participation from existing owners and the company's CEO and CTO (English). This brings total equity funding to around SEK38M. Among previous investors are Cardeon Futuring Finance, Fårö Capital, Tibia Konsult, and others. Funding news continue below...
