Lovable reportedly in talks to raise funding at a $12B valuation

Lovable, the Stockholm-headquartered AI web app builder, is in talks to raise new funding at a $12B valuation, four sources told Forbes. That would represent almost a doubling from the company's $330M Series B round raised in late 2025.

Forbes notes that the round is not final, and the valuation could change. A Lovable spokesperson did neither deny nor confirm this report when Forbes asked.

In March this year, the company said it reached an ARR of $400M.
