Loyative, a Swedish startup helping businesses boost customer loyalty through e-commerce integration, quadruples revenue

The startup was first covered in Swedish Tech News PRO in February 2024. The funding was first covered in PRO on February 17, 2025.

Loyative, a Stockholm-based startup founded in 2023 under the name Reach, quadrupled revenue to SEK 28 million (around €2.5 million) in 2024, according to preliminary numbers. Now Loyative is eyeing an international expansion.

The company offers a platform helping businesses integrate company data and e-commerce into their loyalty programs, to foster deeper relationships between brands and consumers.

The two founders of Loyative, Travis Isaacson and Matteo Migliarese, know what they are doing: They previously worked at Tipser, a Swedish startup which offered a similar product.

In 2021, Tipser was acquired by US checkout technology company Bolt for close to $200M. In early 2023, Bolt shut down Tipser. This led Isaacson and Migliarese to launch Loyative. "We started the company to capture the profitable part of Tipser", says Isaacson.

In 2024, Loyative raised SEK 3.1 million in a previously not announced angel round led by Axel Wolrath – who was one of the founders of Tipser. Christopher Stålberg (formerly of Einride), and e-commerce expert David Lundqvist (Klarna, Walley) also participated in the round.
