  • Ngager (Gothenburg, employee engagement platform, founded 2020): SEK10M (€860K, $920K) from undisclosed investors (Swedish, machine translation). According to data registered with Bolagsverket (sourced via Eivora), this is the first equity funding, and the pre-money valuation was SEK20M.
  • eRayzer (Falun, patented technology for improved use of light in the automotive industry, founded 2020): SEK3.5M (€300K, $320K) from First Gate Invest and angel investors, CEO Bertrand Giorgi tells me. He joined eRayzer in 2022 and was before co-founder and COO of foodtech startup Tebrito. For eRayzer, this is first larger outside funding round, following an initial SEK200K convertible note from Dala Capital. The fresh funding will be used for the market introduction of the company's new take on auxiliary lights (SV extraljus) with design integration, planned for Q1 2025. eRayzer was founded by Lars Svelander, who is CTO of the company.
