  • Swedish private equity firm Nordic Capital acquires a majority stake in Canadian tech company Zafin, which offers a SaaS product and pricing platform "that simplifies core modernization for top banks worldwide". Financial terms were not disclosed, but the deal reportedly represents "one of the largest recent exits in the Canadian software industry" (English).
