  • Update on the M&A and funding news from EpinovaTech covered yesterday: The equity funding part of the investment by Greenbridge was now registered with Bolagsverket (sourced via Eivora). It amounts to SEK150M (€13M, $14M) raised at a post-money valuation of SEK679M. Since Greenbridge is becoming majority owner according to the press release, that means that the firm will have to acquire existing shares for at least SEK190M, to cross the 50.1% ownership threshold (provided that no additional equity funding will be registered as part of this deal).
