- Majority (Stockholm & Houston, all-in-one mobile banking for migrants in the US, founded 2019): $12.5M in equity funding in a Series B extension, and $7.5M in debt financing from an unnamed bank. The equity portion was raised from existing investors, led by Klarna co-founder Victor Jacobsson and Swedish serial entrepreneur Hjalmar Winbladh. Valar Ventures, Heartcore Capital, Avid Ventures and the Izettle co-founders Magnus Nilsson and Jacob de Geer also participated. Majority has raised $90M in equity funding to date. 📊 The company cites 3x revenue growth for 2023, and an April 2024 ARR of $40M. With this funding, Majority plans to reach profitability (English).
