• The investment company Lindéngruppen is acquiring an unspecified, but "substantial" stake in Swedish foodtech startup cReal, a B2B supplier of oat-based food ingredients based on "proprietary technology to process and fractionate oats". Lindéngruppen had already been an investor previously, and will now become the largest shareholder (English). cReal was founded in 2010 by Ingemar Bjurenvall and Sten Kvist, and is based in Höganäs, greater Helsingborg area. The company has registered around SEK230M in total equity funding with Bolagsverket. 📊 By the end of 2023, cReal was still essentially pre-revenue.
