Allabrf, a Stockholm-based digital platform for Swedish tenant-owner associations, is bankrupt, according to public Swedish company data.

The company was founded in 2015 by Hampus Dahlstedt and Rana Toubal, and raised close to SEK 40 million in total equity funding from Stronghold Invest, AGV Invest, SF Ventures (now AMAVI Capital), and angel investors.

In fall 2023, Allabrf entered a corporate restructuring process, which it was ordered to end in early 2024. In a piece about the bankruptcy, Breakit notes that Allabrf's operations have been acquired by a so far unknown buyer, and are being continued under the new legal entity ABRF Technologies AB.

For 2023, Allabrf reported net revenue of SEK 19 million, up 29% year-over-year, and a loss of SEK 1 million, vs SEK 11.4 million in 2022.
