Stealthy Stockholm-based startup Terra Labs raises €4 million in seed funding from Norrsken VC

This news was covered in yesterday's Swedish Tech News PRO newsletter.

Terra Labs, a Stockholm-based startup that is developing a solution for monitoring land and forest in real-time from space, has raised a €4 million seed funding round from Norrsken VC, according to data registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) sourced via Eivora.

The company, which is still somewhat stealthy, did not formally announce the funding, but confirmed it through a canned statement provided to Di Digital.

Terra Labs was founded in 2023 by Peder Stahle, previously CPO at Kry and iZettle (now Zettle), and Adam von Corswant, with a past as CTO at iZettle. Prior to the seed round, Terra Labs raised SEK6M in pre-seed funding from Cofounded Kapital, an investment vehicle created by iZettle founder Jacob de Geer and the two other Swedish industry veterans Patrick Söderlund and Hjalmar Winbladh.

Subscribers of the Swedish Tech News PRO newsletter learned about Terra Labs back in July 2023, at which point it was still going under the name "Farmr".
