  • LeaseCloud (Stockholm, cloud platform for equipment leasing aimed at small companies, founded 2016) is being acquired by the Finland-headquartered technology lifecycle management provider 3stepIT for an undisclosed amount (English). LeaseCloud was founded by Martin Björnström and Linus Jönsson, and has raised around SEK33M in equity funding, according to data registered with Bolagsverket (sourced via Eivora), with Spintop Ventures and Farhult Invest being the largest outside shareholders. 📊 For 2023 LeaseCloud reported net revenue of SEK57.6M, down 14% YoY, and a loss of -SEK4.8M, vs -SEK2.7M in 2022.
