- coherence (Malmö, next-gen networking solution for production-ready multiplayer deployment, founded 2018) has been acquired by the newly formed gaming holding company Roundtable Interactive Group for an undisclosed amount (English). coherence was founded by Dino Patti, and raised at least $10.5M in funding from Griffin Gaming Partners, and Firstminute Capital. 📊 The last financial numbers I was able to find, from the FY 2022/2023, show net revenue of SEK28.5M, and a break-even result.
