  • The acquisition of Norwegian startup Medthings by publicly traded Swedish e-health company Medimi announced in early October, which would have been paid with newly issued Medimi shares, has been called off due to a "changed view among Medthing's Norwegian main shareholders" (Swedish, machine translation).

SCRIIN has only raised a small amount of equity funding in its early days. 📊 For 2023, SCRIIN reported net revenue of SEK1.7M, up 76% YoY, and a pre-tax profit of SEK0.3M.
