Mergers & acquisitions
• Twirl (Stockholm; platform for data teams looking to ship value, not tooling) has been acquired by New York-based serverless compute platform Modal (English).
• Monterro, Swedish B2B software investor, is acquiring a majority stake in Stockholm-based project management tool for the construction and crafts industry Projektportalen (English, Swedish / Di Digital paywall).
• Wincher (Stockholm, SEO insights platform) has reportedly been acquired by Israel-based web analytics company Similarweb (Swedish / Breakit paywall).
• GuineaPig (Gothenburg, employee wellbeing app for Slack & Microsoft Teams) has been acquired by Östersund-based startup MyMOWO, which offers a subscription app for location-independent fitness exercises (Swedish, machine translation).

• Hormona (Stockholm & London, digital platform designed to empower women to take control of their hormonal health): $6.7M in a seed funding round led by Voima Ventures and SuperNode Global VC (English).
• Endra (Stockholm; AI-powered end-to-end infrastructure for fire alarm and other MEP design): €3M in pre-seed funding led by Norrsken VC. With this, Endra emerges from stealth mode (English). ➡️ Startup first covered in PRO on December 2; funding first covered on April 16.
• Alrik (Stockholm, construction logistics operating system): €3M ($3.4M) led by People Ventures (English).
• Alba Health (Stockholm, provider of digital gut health support for children): $2.5M seed funding round led by Unconventional Ventures (English).
• Doldadress (Stockholm, subscription service helping residents of Sweden to hide their personal data online): SEK19.5M (€1.8M, $1.9M) from new and existing angel investors such as Just Arne Storvik, Tor Erland Fyksen, Magnus Emilson, Anders Holm, and John Daniels. ➡️ First covered in PRO on March 6.
• MAIA Universe, formerly Freshsound (Stockholm, platform to license music instantly from commercial artists): €1M from Max Martin and existing investor Zenith VC, among others (English). ➡️ Funding first covered in PRO on May 22.
• Arboair (Linköping, AI-driven image analysis solution for forest owners): SEK6M (€550K; $630K) from ReThink Capital and a family office (Swedish / Impact Loop paywall).
• Solace Care (Stockholm, AI-first platform delivering emotional and practical support during times of loss): SEK3M (€280K, $320K) convertible note in an angel round. With this, Solace Care emerges from stealth mode (English). ➡️ Startup first covered in PRO on December 2.
