• AlixLabs (Lund; making production of semiconductors more accessible, sustainable, and affordable): €14.1M ($16M) Series A funding round led by existing investors Navigare Ventures, Industrifonden, and FORWARD.one (details page).
• Pythom Space (Stockholm & California; develops rockets, spaceships and landers for orbital and interplanetary missions): $10M strategic investment from Saab (details page).
• The Gang Studio (Stockholm, game studio): undisclosed amount from Behold Ventures (English).
• Boneo (Stockholm, housing-focused real estate marketplace): SEK10M (€900K, $1.05M) from Aggregate Media (details page).

• Flexpenser (Stockholm, airless liquid dispensing technology for packaging): SEK4.9M (€440K, $510K) from undisclosed US investors. Founder and CEO Kewmars Kazemzadeh is currently in a legal battle over his Swedish working permit (Swedish / Impact Loop paywall).
• OICAN Wear (Borås; develops discreet protective clothing to prevent head injuries in children, the elderly and people with impaired balance): SEK3.6M (€330K, $380K) from Almi Invest, RadCap, and others (details page).

• Aris Machina, founded by Northvolt's Siddharth Khullar and Peter Carlson, has emerged from stealth mode, and unveiled its agentic operating system for modern manufacturing (English). ➡️ Startup first covered in PRO on March 26.
• Triform, a startup from Stockholm, has launched its AI chat tool for "turning repetitive tasks into reliable automations in minutes". ➡️ Startup first covered in PRO in November 2023 (under its previous name).
• Geoint, based in the greater Umeå area, has launched, initially offering organizations a way to validate if their geographic datasets are good enough for AI training (Swedish, machine translation). ➡️ Startup first covered in PRO in October 2023.
• Lovable announced having reached the $200M ARR milestone, four months after crossing the $100M mark (English).
• But: turns out that Lovable has so far not paid any VAT on revenue generated in Sweden or elsewhere in Europe. The company says it is currently in the process of registering for VAT (Swedish, machine translation).
• Samfora, Stockholm-based donation platform launched two months ago, has facilitated donations of SEK1M to 45 non-profits (English). ➡️ Startup first covered in PRO on April 17.
• Car.info, Ängelholm-based car database, announced having reached one million registered users (Swedish, machine translation).

• GetTested, Stockholm-based provider of home testing kits and laboratory tests, is launching tests for pets, through the separate website gettested.pet (English).
• Epishine, Linköping-based developer of organic solar cell technology for low power electronics, will have its technology power a new Google TV remote control (English)
• Capitaholic is a new newsletter and blog about "the addiction to venture capital, the cult of hypergrowth, and what happens when you go cold turkey", written by Swedish startup entrepreneur Jacob Kihlbaum.
• Arvid Lunnemark, the Swedish co-founder of the US-based AI coding assistant Cursor, is launching a new startup named Integrous Research, focused on developing systems for “safer AI”. Lunnemark just left Cursor, but his stake is reportedly worth more than $1B (English).
• Klarna topped Wall Street’s third-quarter revenue expectations in its first earnings report since its IPO on the NYSE in September (English).
• Spotify is launching audiobooks for paying subscribers in five European countries, including Sweden (English).
• Norrsken is hosting a "Fixathon" in December. Hundreds of problem solvers will build in 5 cities (Stockholm, Barcelona, Amsterdam, San Francisco, and Kigali). The applications are open (English).
• Among the Nordic countries (excluding Iceland), Sweden has invested the least amount per capita in dual use defense tech during the past years, according to the Nordic Defence Tech Report 2025 (English).
• Sabina Wizander, Stockholm-based Partner at Creandum, is leaving the Swedish VC firm. She plans to announce her next step soon (English).
• Elis Hodzic, Stockholm-based entrepreneur, investor, and coordinator of the Velocity program (see next news item), is leaving his role as VC at Wave Ventures, to join YC-backed Swedish startup Scape (Swedish / Breakit paywall). Meanwhile, Margarethe Böhme is joining Wave Ventures in Stockholm as investor.
