• W Social (Stockholm, upcoming "trusted social media platform"): €2.5M ($3M) from We Don't Have Time – the Swedish climate action media platform which is one of the founders of W Social – and its investors (Swedish / Impact Loop paywall). ➡️ Partial closing of this funding first covered in PRO on February 2.
• Vidde (Jörn; maker of a circular, electric snowmobile): €2.5M ($3M) from EIT Urban Mobility and Partnerinvest Norr, among others (Swedish / Di Digital paywall).

• Leadcaller (Gothenburg; platform providing instant callbacks, AI-powered chats, and integrated messaging features to websites): SEK10M (€940K, $1.1M) in a mix of equity funding, and debt/loans. The equity portion was led by Just-Arne Storvik (funding details page).

• Cay Collective (Stockholm; digital marketplace for creator-powered lifestyle, fashion and art): SEK6M (€560K, $670K) from SSE Ventures and angel investors (Swedish / Di Digital paywall).

• Iceheart (Stockholm; develops patented ice-based thermal energy storage technology that turns ice into a “cold battery” for reliable, long-duration cooling): undisclosed amount from Growth By Capital (funding details page).
• CelluCircle (Stockholm, proprietary chemical textile recycling technology designed for large-scale operations): undisclosed amount from MP Group Holdings (funding details page).
• Legora, the Stockholm-based collaborative AI platform for lawyers, is reportedly in talks to raise funding at a $6B valuation, a tripling from the company's Series C round announced in October (English).

• epiminds, Stockholm-based startup offering multi agentic teams for marketing, won the TOP46 startup pitch competition at Techarena.
• Kive, Stockholm-based startup founded in 2018 that offers an AI creative platform for brands, grew its ARR 10x in five months to $6.5M (English).
• Growth Wise, based in Stockholm, has launched its solution for Chiefs of Staff and Ops leaders, "that reads real meeting transcripts and surfaces what didn't happen". ➡️ Startup first covered in PRO in May 2025

• Amferia, Gothenburg-based developer of materials that can efficiently kill bacteria when used as medical devices, can now enter the US market, as the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the company's bacterial wound dressing (English).
• Hypertype, which in fall quietly pivoted to offer an AI agent for the industrial sector, says it since then signed more contracts than in all the years since the company's inception in 2021 (English).
• Lavoit, Stockholm-based startup building "the intelligence layer for critical infrastructure, starting with hydrogen", says it will pay $10k "for an intro that leads to a founding engineer hire" (English).
• Miramis Technologies is the new name of PocketLaw. With the change, the Stockholm-based legaltech startup wants to "reflect the evolution into an AI native CLM for enterprise" (CLM stands for "contract lifecycle management") (English).
• 📺 Swedish public service broadcaster talked with the three founders of Tentaklar, a Stockholm-based startup offering an AI-native learning system for reshaping education. The trio currently lives together on only 15 sqm (Swedish / 1 minute). ➡️ Startup first covered in PRO on September 30.
• Tove Nilstun, co-founder of Malmö-based climate and sustainability platform Emission Twin, is stepping down as CEO, to become CPO. She is succeeded by Anja Bexelius, previously CRO (Swedish / Impact Loop paywall).
• Tzafon, San Francisco/Tel Aviv/Zurich-based AI research lab founded by the Swedes Noah Löfquist and Simon Mattias Koser, launched its product Lightcone – a general purpose agent platform for enterprise teams, combining models with secure execution environments – in beta.
• Mistral, the French AI company, announced an investment of €1.2B to build an AI-focused data center together with Swedish data center provider EcoDataCenter, in the city of Borlänge, a few hours north-west of Stockholm (English).
• Sileon, publicly listed Stockholm-based buy now pay later SaaS founded in 2000 as Paynova, has filed for bankruptcy (Swedish, machine translation).
• Spotify says its best developers haven't written a line of code since December, thanks to AI (English).
• In a letter to the EU Commission, Sweden and five other countries express support for a "EU Inc" single European company framework (Swedish / Di Digital paywall).
• Inventure, Nordic VC firm, has hired Sophie Mattsson as Investment Associate based at the Stockholm office (English).
• Carl Svantesson has left EQT Ventures – where he was Partner based in Stockholm – and joined Epidemic Sound as VP SMB (English).
