• Selma (Stockholm, AI-driven sales assistant) is being acquired by publicly listed Växjö-based company Briox for SEK35M (English). ➡️ Added to the Exits Database for PRO subscribers.
• Quicktables (Malmö, all-in-one tool for restaurant growth – built with Lovable) has been acquired by an undisclosed "strategic buyer" (English). ➡️ Added to the Exits Database for PRO subscribers.
• TicTac (Malmö, provider of corporate e-learning solutions) acquires the French company Distrisoft, a learning technology and software value-added reseller within learning. This marks TicTac's expansion into France (English).
• Flat Capital, publicly traded Swedish investment firm of Klarna CEO and co-founder Sebastian Siemiatkowski, is divesting a large portion of its passive AI and software-related holdings, including ElvenLabs, Lovable, Cerebras Systems, and Alpaca (English).

• Graphmatech (Uppsala, materials technology company that solves industrial challenges using graphene): SEK20M (€1.8M, $2.1M) in equity funding from existing and new investors. The company also secured SEK40M in grants from the Swedish Energy Agency and the EU (Swedish / Di Digital paywall).

• enkei (Stockholm; transforms construction waste into new design-grade materials and objects): SEK4.6M (€420K, $480K) in pre-seed funding from angel investors (funding details page).
• ParkingAid (Stockholm; platform that helps cities and mobility stakeholders analyze parking and traffic): SEK4M (€370K, $430K) led by existing investors Almi Invest and Soläng Invest (funding details page).

• Sobrius, Örebro-based platform for organizations to let employees map alcohol, narcotics, medication and gambling habits, and seek support if needed, signed Vattenfall as customer. A "break-through", says founder Karl Dahl (Swedish, machine translation).
• X Shore, the Swedish electric boat maker, is restarting after bankruptcy with new owners (Swedish / Impact Loop paywall).
• Candela unveiled a business version of its P-12 hydrofoiling electric ferry platform, that adds a premium, business-class interior designed for high-end transport routes like resort transfers and urban commuter links (English).
• Opper, Stockholm-based startup offering an AI gateway for agents across every model and modality, has launched AI Roundtable, a tool for letting 200+ models answer and debate a user's questions.
• Many founders should resist the instinct to "systematically go from Sweden straight to the US", argues Tandem Health co-founder and CEO Lukas Saari in an op-ed. (English).
• Lovable is looking for a new, larger office in Stockholm, only a few months after the opening of its current workspace (Swedish / Fastighetsvärlden paywall, Swedish #2, machine translation).
• Over 10 years, Sweden has produced 1.8 unicorns per $1B venture capital invested, putting the country second in Europe after Switzerland (English).
