• Einride (Stockholm; provider of digital, electric and autonomous shipping technology founded in 2016) has completed its SPAC merger, and started trading at the Nasdaq stock exchange in New York (English). ➡️ Added to the Exits Database for PRO subscribers.
• Deedster (Stockholm; solutions for climate action targeting banks, financial institutions, and corporates) is being acquired by Austria-based industry peer Climcycle Solutions (English, Swedish).

• Enginio (Stockholm, activation platform designed to streamline and simplify the process of engaging consumers or clients across retailers and markets): SEK30M (€2.75M, $3.2M) in first external funding led by Industrifonden (funding details page).
• Volumental (Stockholm, technology for accurate footwear recommendations to match shoppers to shoes that fit their feet): SEK9M (€830K, $950K) in a strategic investment from Zellerfeld, which develops technology to print a whole 3D-printed shoe with the push of a button (Swedish / Breakit paywall).
• Arkeon (Gothenburg, unlocking the next generation of quantum computers by eliminating frequency placement errors and improving wafer level uniformity): SEK6.5M (€590K, $680K) in a seed funding round from Almi Invest, Navigare Ventures, and Chalmers Ventures (funding details page). ➡️ Startup first covered in PRO in April 2025
• Selma (Stockholm, tools that increase accessibility and visibility on websites): SEK3M (€280K, $320K) in first funding from angel investors (Swedish, machine translation, funding details page). ➡️ Funding first covered in PRO on April 14.
• Stickerize (Stockholm; sticker platform built for creators, studios, and brands): SEK3M (€270K, $320K) from angel investors (Swedish / Breakit paywall, funding details page). ➡️ Startup first covered in PRO on December 22.
• Art Silk (Uppsala, uses microorganisms to create spider silk-inspired fibers that are both biodegradable and recyclable): €200K ($230K) grant from H&M Foundation. Art Silk is one of the winners of the foundation's Global Change Award (English).
• Slash Interactive (Linköping, game studio making physics driven action games): undisclosed amount in first funding from the game studio Pugstorm, and angel investor Peter Barkland (funding details page).

• SMIDE, a new Stockholm-based startup in stealth mode working on a solution to convert engineering requirements into manufacturable 3D geometry in minutes, signed a partnership with Apple's hardware team in Cupertino, to develop its platform (Swedish / Di Digital). ➡️ Startup first covered in PRO on December 11.
• Lovable hits $500M in annualized revenue (English).
• Newly (formerly Natively), the Stockholm-based AI mobile app builder, is launching a funding vehicle, to invest $10,000 into selected apps built on Newly (English).
• LatencyFix, based in Stockholm, launched their solution for real-time latency alignment in remote music production and audio collaboration (English). ➡️ Startup first covered in PRO in June 2025.
• Normain, Stockholm-based developer of extraction-first AI for complex documents, launched an API, so that customers can run analysis right inside their systems (English).
• Staer, Malmö-based startup developing physical AI for autonomous mobile robot fleets founded last year, is joining the Google DeepMind Robotics Accelerator (English). ➡️ Startup first covered in PRO in September 2025.
• The two Swedish defense tech startups Nordic Air Defense and Polar Mist Technologies are teaming up, to add the former's low cost interceptor to the latter's autonomous maritime systems, in order to defend the Baltic Sea (Swedish, machine translation).
• Garba, Malmö-based AI-powered sales intelligence platform, has crossed the $1M ARR mark, almost exactly a year after launching (English).
• Venga, Stockholm-based platform for event invites and photo sharing, has crossed the mark of 100,000 users (English).
• Profile of Qick and interview with founder Milad Mahmoudyan, on the Örebro-based e-scooter provider's bootstrapping journey, and recent expansion into the German market (English).

• Feminvest, Stockholm-based female network focusing on female ownership launches an accelerator (English).

• Snöboll is a new investment company launched by Nordic Angels and Priority Group, which acquires mature portfolios of leading business angels, mainly in exchange for shares in the company, and co-invests continuously in the angels' new businesses (Swedish, machine translation).
• Livia Moore, who has been a VC at Antler in Stockholm since 2020, is switching sides, and joins Swedish AI salestech startup Agaton as Head of Marketing (English).
• Pale blue dot brought together 30 selected decision-makers from Europe’s most influential venture firms, to talk honestly about what’s holding European startups and VC back (English).
