• Blipp (Stockholm, financing and transaction platform for private car deals) has been acquired by Svea Bank (Swedish, machine translation). ➡️ Added to the Exits Database for PRO subscribers.
• Truecaller, publicly traded Swedish caller ID company, has acquired the US-based communications technology company TextPlus for $15M (English).
• Delivery Hero, Germany-headquartered publicly traded local delivery platform giant co-founded and led by the Swede Niklas Östberg, is being acquired by Uber. As part of the agreement, Delivery Hero will sell Foodora – highly active in Sweden – to the New York-based investment firm SSW Partners (English, Swedish).
• Telenor Group, the Norwegian telecommunications provider, plans to acquire a controling stake in publicly listed Swedish broadband provider Bahnhof (English, Swedish / Di Digital paywall).

• Neko Health (Stockholm, preventive healthcare using early detection methods): $700M in a Series C funding round led by existing investors Lightspeed Venture Partners and O.G. Venture Partners. This funding comes ahead of the launch of the first US clinic later this year (English, ℹ️ database).
• Unbounded (Stockholm; building a solution to launch consumer surveys any time, globally and on demand, and get results in hours): $8M in a first large funding round led by Öhmangruppen. • Float (Stockholm, unified finance stack for European tech): €4.5M ($5.15M) in a Series A funding round led by Chapters Group (English, ℹ️ database).
• Rivus Batteries (Gothenburg, developer of environmentally friendly organic redox flow batteries for large-scale energy storage): €2M ($2.3M) seed funding round led by Turbine Capital (English, ℹ️ database).
• InfiniNode Technologies (Gothenburg; develops high-performance, energy-efficient IP solutions for scalable SoC design: €2M ($3.4M) in a first larger funding round from Turbine Capital, PSV Hafnium, Norrsken Evolve, and existing investors (English, ℹ️ database). ➡️ Startup and first funding first covered in PRO in March 2025.
• Xaga Surgical (Helsingborg, developer of a biopsy needle for diagnosis of prostate cancer): SEK17M (€1.6M, $1.8M) from existing investors and shareholders, to accelerate use in the US (English, ℹ️ database).
• TekSiC (Linköping, first European company building a domestic supply of semi-insulating silicon carbide wafers for defence, radar and sovereign electronics infrastructure): SEK16M (€1.45M, $1.7M) in a seed funding round led by Turbine Capital (English, ℹ️ database).
• Workify (Hudiksvall, operations management system for haulage companies): SEK6M (€540K, $620K) from new investor Gorilla Capital and existing investors such as Almi Invest and Monen Invest (Swedish, ℹ️ database).
• GenomeVault (Stockholm; end-to-end biodiversity monitoring and impact reporting solution, powered by whole-genome sequencing and bioinformatics): SEK5M (€450K, $520K) in a pre-seed funding round led by Trio Impact Invest (Swedish, ℹ️ database). ➡️ Startup first covered in PRO on March 4.
• Wellvector (Stockholm & Oslo / NO; data mining engine for unstructured well data): undisclosed amount in a funding round led by Swedish investment firm Toshi, and Scottish well technology company group FrontRow (English, ℹ️ database). ➡️ Startup first covered in PRO in September 2025.
• [PRO during the past two weeks] A startup from northern Sweden aiming to shorten care queues in psychiatry, raised first larger funding.
• [PRO during the past two weeks] A startup building an emergency evacuation system for construction sites raised first funding.
• [PRO during the past two weeks] A stealth startup in the gaming space raised a first, yet-to-be-announced seven-digit USD funding round from a global VC firm.

• Opper, Stockholm-based provider of an EU-hosted API to access over 300 leading AI model, launched on Product Hunt (English).
• Agaton, Stockholm-based startup offering AI agents for sales teams, opened its first US office in NYC (English).
• Parkster, Lund-based mobile parking ticket provider, signed a significant agreement with Deutsche Bahn to manage all off-street parking facilities at 170 train stations across Germany (English, Swedish / Rapidus paywall).
• The Swedish Army launched STRILAB, described as "Sweden's warfighting incubator", aiming for "rapid capability development" (English, Swedish / Di Digital paywall).
• Klarna has submitted an application for a US banking license (English).
• Stockholm's "compression" is a factor contributing to the city's success in tech (English).
• Herd is launching "Sweden's first co-living for young entrepreneurs". Currently the applications for a the pilot project are open, aiming for ten participants (English).
• The nominations for Nordic Angels' 2026 Angel Prize are open (English).
• Norrsken VC is hiring a Communications Manager in Stockholm (English).
