Terms of subscription

If you decide to purchase a PLUS, PRO or PRO TEAM subscription to Swedish Tech News, the following terms apply (updated 8 November 2025):

The PLUS, PRO and PRO TEAM plans on Swedish Tech News are for personal and internal use only. Not eligible for any of the paid plans: Companies that offer products and services related to startup investing or startup databases, AI services looking for training data, as well as media outlets. They may get in touch for an individual quote.
Paid subscriptions can be cancelled any time with a few clicks online. A cancellation goes into effect once an already paid-for subscription period (i.e. a month or year) has ended. Cancellations can be made here > "Account" > "Change plan" > "Cancel subscription".
Unless indicated otherwise, subscription plans are for one individual subscriber.
Swedish Tech News is a one-person-project run and curated by Martin Weigert. That means that any subscription offering "daily" or "weekly" updates or newsletters comes with certain exceptions such as public holidays, vacation periods or sick leave.
The privacy policy outlined here applies.
For access to the exclusive sheets with data on Swedish tech startups (annual PRO and PRO TEAM plan only), a Google account is required.
Individual newsletter emails or any other information published behind the Swedish Tech News PLUS/PRO paywall may be selectively shared with others. However, systematically re-publishing the content or significant parts of the content in its entirety through other public platforms, newsletters, websites or channels is prohibited and results in the cancellation of the subscription – unless part of an explicit individual agreement between Swedish Tech News and the subscriber.
Swedish Tech News reserves the right to end any subscription at any point without giving reasons. In such a case, a subscriber will be reimbursed for any subscription fees already paid for a period following the date at which an extraordinary cancellation goes into effect.
